What To Do If Your Driver Canceled

What Happens After a Driver Cancels

  1. You will receive a notification in the Uber app that your driver has canceled.

You should not be charged a cancellation fee. The app should automatically find you a new driver. If you were charged, dispute the fee.

🔴 If your driver canceled after waiting at your pickup location:
