🟡 If your driver canceled while on the way to pick you up:
You should not be charged a cancellation fee. The app should automatically find you a new driver. If you were charged, dispute the fee.
🔴 If your driver canceled after waiting at your pickup location:
A cancellation fee may apply depending on your ride type and how long the driver waited:
